American Psycho author, Bret Easton Ellis is completely committed to write the adaptation of E.L. James's best-selling novel, Fifty Shades of Grey. Ellis expressed his dedication to this project on Twitter several times and teased with ideas on casting, director and himself being the screenwriter. The first part of the best-selling erotic fiction novels by E.L. James became an instant success last year. Many argue that the Fifty Shades-trilogy did the same thing with middle-aged women that Twilight-series did with teenage girls. Despite Ellis's commitment, screenwriting might go to someone else, as it is rumoured that a woman is wanted for the job. |
