Prestigious business weekly The Economist recently reached the specific Facebook-milestone of one million fans. To celebrate the event, Economist asked its readers to share their photos and comments on its timeline. The large number of fans also indicates an increadibly active and highly engaged community of readers, and the fact that a growing interest for the Economist brand exists in the larger digital space. The Economist Facebook fans come from 180 countries: the US being in first place followed by India, the UK, Pakistan and Canada.
